How RBJ Home Improvements Came to Be
RBJ Home Improvements started the way the best businesses do: out of a love for the work itself.
Building has been part of our family for over 40 years. In that time we have worked on homes of every shape and size right across Perth, from modest bathroom updates to full two-storey extensions. Every project has taught us something, and all of that experience goes into every job we take on today.
We are a small, family-owned and operated business, and that is a deliberate choice. It means you deal with us directly from the first conversation to the final handover. No salespeople, no project managers you have never met, no getting passed from one person to another. Just a builder who is genuinely invested in getting your project right.
The People Behind the Business
RBJ Home Improvements is run by Peter Bentley and Hazel Plester, a family team who between them bring together decades of hands-on building experience and a genuine commitment to looking after the people who trust us with their homes.
We are proud of the reputation we have built in Perth. Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers, which tells us we are doing something right. When someone recommends us to a family member or comes back to us years later for their next project, that means more to us than any award.

Building or renovating a home is not a small thing. For most people, it is one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives and an emotional one too. Your home is where your family lives, grows and makes memories. That is not something we take lightly.
After 40 years, we are still motivated by the moment a client walks through a finished project and sees their vision brought to life. That moment never gets old.
